If you like a little glitter to your medallions, the gold relief is the medallion for you. The Moose, along with the rim edge, are layered with a thin 24k plate. Like the plain one ounce silver pieces, these medallions are individually serial numbered and are limited in edition. At the end of the year the gold relief medallions are counted in the total production of one ounce silver medallions.

The heft of these two ounce medallions feels very nice! Generally, well under 100 two ounce medallions are struck each year.
