The one ounce proof Official State Medallion should be foundation of any Alaska Medallion collection. Like the gold relief medallion below it is serial numbered on the rim edge and limited to demand through 2024

2024 The Moose - Gold Relief Silver Proof

If you like a little glitter to your medallions, the gold relief is the medallion for you. The full moose head and the rim edge are layered with a thin 24k plate. Like the plain one ounce silver pieces, these medallions are individually serial numbered and are limited in edition. At the end of the year the gold relief medallions are counted in the total production of one ounce silver medallions.
