Photo Poems
Forever a work in progress, this page is dedicated to the Wind, a place where tomorrow, today and yesterday are one in the same. Gentle.
As Lord Alfred Tennyson inspires…
“Break, break, break, on thy cold gray stones, Oh Sea!
And I would that my tongue could utter
The thoughts that arise in me.”

January

Winter White invites quiet

It is over before it dawns

Life is like a pardon me

Time was ruptured

The Cold Pressed Down

The breath finds us

Timelessness waifs in the air

Taking us without fight the white

She caresses as she presses

February Rushes

The River to the Water

Raven wings fan the fire1

I have been fortunate
February

As water down the river

Here I am the Essence of the Breath

Was that a bird I just heard

Time is the breeze

The Finger reaches out to touch us

Floating Moments Pass

It happened so slowly

They said they were only trees

Stars in the sky sands on the beach

Oh that you may be the wind

It was a sigh a long slow breath

Some lives are so short

The air was full of words
March

As the Wind who knocks hello

We move so fast circles unseen

A perfect yellow

Tme Touching Temps

The Wind fell off limbs

The Push is Perfect1

It was a shadow

I felt as fragile

Emily let me

In the end the cold sweeps down

Birds and Boughs above

Never had the wind

Grasses Bend two
April

As if We never parted

Morning Sun called

Thundering Crystals Hammer

The weight of the Soul

Wave Takes Sand

Lightly Drawn is the line around

I listen to know

The blue eyed shadow

Sometimes the Soul

Knowing the Place in this case

The Wings of Ravens

Consumed in Wonder

Snow Below is there to show1
May

Anonymous knocks

There is the Heart and the Heft

October Falling

As long as You wait

From birth we are but a breath

They dance Sun and Wind

It was only everything

For a Moment it was Important

Quiet is the noise

December Evergreens know Cold

Every moment comes to Now

The valley clouds

I Listened
June

Wait we must

The sky slides away

The Flow Knows

An Amber Hammer

Of all the moments

It might as wel have simply stood up

Chaos does not exist

In quiet words are eveywhere

As weightless as a cloud

The Hug Presses Down

Sunshine solidifies

The line is thin

Twisted strands of memory

I wasnt sure if it was you
July

Finally Perfection

Birds dont know its Sunday

In the last dusk Bats are Hunting

Clarity is Confusing1

From the Quiet with a Flash2

This way then that

The Quiet is Louder

I saw them come home today

Inevitability Rushes

Tomorrow is Wind

Rush Me Spring

My soul was taken long ago

Quiet is the sound
August

Snow Fires atop the stais

Twilight Tea Teases Me

I lost my shadow

We are thirsty for the River

Flowers dont know

Escape Escape while you can

Like Everything It hammers2

Until the roots scatter me

Wind and Water

When She Called

There they went a predicament

Time collapsing continually

Tomestone was suprised

To what Purpose do we keep the Clock
September

Moments of Eternity Strike

Moments Passing Quickly

If I were a branch

Octobers breath Time to rest

Nuthatch Tweet

Porches Important

Pendulum Hiding

Pushed Past Silent Wind

Quiet is a whisper

Rosehips

Red Blue Pink Gray

Snowflakes Dance

Strangled Sunshine Softly Sweet
October

While Ice Melted

A Little Pawn

Deep the Arrow

Birds and I and Butterfly1

Feathers found me

I found you today Again

Let the Flowers Bend

Flicker in April

As the door opened time like water

If I live Forever

From the Bough

I had hoped

Windchime Rhyme
November

Such a Sunset

Sun Tapped Trees Smiled

The Far comes Near

Tis Chickadee

Waiting for a cloud

The Cold will do thank you

Was but a flash

Who Knows One more Drip

The circle comes full

Earth tips

Youth becomes a memory

And Suddenly we are alone
December

Time Settled Heavy

Nothing rhymes with technology

She speaks through the grasses

Pine Needles Bury Me

Quiet took a seat

All that remains

The Final Breath

The Howl Taps2

It was Dawn

It was as if a heart beat

May I be an autumn tree

Lynx Bear Moose
